Deletion is immediate and permanent. Deleting your account removes your account and all data tied to it from our servers. This cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Analytical Edge app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account and data are removed immediately. Before deleting, you can use Export on the same screen to download a copy of everything tied to your account.
Or request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We process email requests within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your account, email address, sign-in credentials, research history, saved models, picks you followed or faded, and credit balance.
- Kept: limited billing and transaction records that we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store; we never store your card number.
Retained billing records are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
Note: subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store and are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store settings.
