1 Acceptance of these terms
The Service is operated by Moose Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (Nevada Business ID NV20263610690), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, doing business as Analytical Edge ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Analytical Edge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2 What Analytical Edge is (and isn't)
Analytical Edge provides sports data, model-driven analysis, and a record of past results. It is for information and entertainment only. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, accounting, legal, or professional gambling advice. We do not accept, place, or settle wagers, and we are not a sportsbook or a broker. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and use the Service only where it is legal for you to do so. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4 Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
5 Subscriptions, credits & billing
- Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), on the store account you bought with. We never see or store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings, at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Plans include a monthly balance of credits that powers research. Monthly credits reset at each renewal and unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- Credits from one-time purchases (such as top-ups or Single pick) never expire while your account exists.
- Changing plans replaces your monthly credit balance with the new plan's balance at the time of the change.
- Promotional or free credits (including welcome credits) may be offered at our discretion, and we may set an expiry or adjust them.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought through: Apple under App Store policies, or Google under Google Play policies. If a purchase is refunded, the credits it granted may be removed from your account.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change with notice.
6 Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, resell, redistribute, or build a competing product from our data or output.
- Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the Service.
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful.
7 No guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance never guarantees future results. Our records are presented honestly, including losses, but no analysis can predict the future, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose.
8 Intellectual property
The Service, its analysis, branding, and content are owned by Moose Ventures LLC (operating as Analytical Edge). We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own, non-commercial use.
9 Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moose Ventures LLC and Analytical Edge are not liable for any losses (including betting losses), damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service.
10 Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
11 Changes
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
12 Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute with us, write to [email protected] first and we will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived.

Plain-English summary: We collect the minimum needed to run your account, store it securely with a SOC 2 provider, never sell it, and let you export or delete it anytime. We never store your card number.
1 What we collect
- Account info you give us: name, email, and sign-in identity (e.g. Apple or Google).
- Your activity in the app: research you run, favorite teams, saved models, and settings.
- Billing: handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive your plan status, credit balance, and a transaction reference, not your card number.
- Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the Service.
2 How we use it
- To provide the Service and your personal record, favorites, and models.
- To process subscriptions and support requests.
- To improve reliability and quality. We do not sell your personal data.
3 Where it's stored & how it's protected
Your sign-in credentials and synced preferences are stored with Supabase (managed PostgreSQL on AWS infrastructure), a SOC 2 Type II certified provider. There, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, passwords are hashed, and access is isolated per user (row-level security) so one account can never read another's data.
Your account record, credit balance and research history are stored on hardware we own and operate in the United States, not with a cloud provider. Traffic to it is encrypted (HTTPS), every record is tied to the account that created it, and only that account can read it. A backup with keys and secrets removed is taken daily and kept for 30 days on Google Drive.
4 Who we share with
- Apple — to process App Store purchases securely.
- RevenueCat — to manage subscription and purchase status.
- Supabase — as our authentication and preferences database provider.
- AI model providers — Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI generate the research write-ups. They receive the game, teams, date and the question you ask, never your name, email or payment details.
- Cloudflare — routes traffic to our servers and, like any web service, sees your IP address.
- Google Drive — holds our daily backups.
- Google Play — to process purchases on Android.
- Google Fonts — our pages load typefaces from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when a page loads, like any web request.
- We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
5 Your rights & choices
- Access & export a copy of your data from Privacy & data in your profile.
- Delete your account and everything tied to it, permanently, anytime.
- Adjust notifications and preferences in Settings.
6 Local storage
We store some preferences (like your favorite teams, default model, and display settings) on your device so the app feels instant. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels; the web version keeps the same preferences in your browser's local storage. You can clear these by signing out or clearing the app's data.
7 Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we must retain limited records for legal or billing reasons.
8 Children
The Service is for adults 21 and over and is not directed to children.
9 Changes
We'll post updates here and revise the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
